Olympic Fitness Coach has had the pleasure of working with a variety of clientele from members of the public to elite sports teams and their academy athletes. Don’t just take our word about the successes we have enjoyed over the years, here are just some of our happy partners.
Jackie Bridge, Assistant Coach, Team GB U23
"We are more than happy with the input received from Chris, and have benefited in having someone who knows about the fitness side of our training. His outgoing personality is ideal for the younger athletes and he gets them working hard, but tells them why at the same time. Also, he assisted paddlers from other squads such as the Under 18's and the Senior Ladies, some of whom have gone onto the World and European Championships and medalled."
Clive Brewer, Head of Strength & Conditioning, Widnes Vikings Rugby League
"Chris came to Widnes for our first season in the super league and his input and enthusiasm into the club have been excellent and have been greatly appreciated by the club. The club could not have progressed without his efforts and expertise and we wish him well with his future ventures."
James Tartt, Athlete with Southport & Waterloo Athletics Club
"I first met Chris whilst he was training at Southport Waterloo Athletics Club. I decided to start working with him as I felt I could vastly improve areas of my training regime. Strength and conditioning was one of these areas that I felt I could get some help with and after working with Chris for just 1 season I started noticing huge differences with my training and performances. In the summer of 2012 I knocked a huge 8 seconds off my 1500m PB (from 3:50 to 3:42) and 3 seconds off my 800m PB (1:52 to 1:49). During this season I was one of the most improved senior 1500m runners in the UK. I also qualified for the Olympic Trials and finished fifteenth fastest out of 54 athletes. I have continued my work with Chris and I expect to improve further."
